This is a moult of a female judging by the empty eyes (indicating a moult) and the wide abdominal f;lap which females have to hold their eggs

As I cant see the eyestalks properly this is a guess based on the fact that the ghost crabs are this colour and their tunnels can go well inland by 100m or so.
