User's notes
This is a cropped image of the head of the moth in sighting 4485313. It shows more clearly a cap-like structure at the base of the antennae. The antennae are held back along the body (unlike Plutella xylostella) and are almost as long as the wings. The second photo is of another individual nearby which was just about to take off, just in case it might show anything useful.

Perhaps Tineidae family (eg. Tnes (genus) ) after all. Similar to Tinea pallescentella but these moths seem to be more distiinctively marked, but I'm not sure the head and mouthparts are sufficeintly similar.

The only Australian Tineidae that I can find on BOLD with a dark band along the forewing hind margin are Erechthias beeblebroxi and Metapherna castella.
