Suspect this may be Trametes versicolor, fairly common in this area, but it is rather old and dehydrated but still showing signs of algal growth also - tricky to ID at this stage but this species does appear to hang around for some time during the latter part of the year.

Possibly a Trametes as Teresa suggests, but the genus Trichaptum could be another contender. Teresa has noted that that aged specimens can be tricky to ID. When fresher you often find purple-ish shades in Trichaptum, sometimes throughout, sometimes confined towards the edge. With age the purple-ish becomes brown-ish and with much greater age all traces of colour can disappear.
