This is common in moist to wet forest. It is up to 70 mm, and has deeply funnel-shaped caps with a very smooth cap surface, and pale cream to brownish cream or pinkish cream in colour. The gills are deeply decurrent, and the spore print is white.
This is a smooth greasy fruitbody and is commonly found growing out of soil with the forest litter and copious amounts of soft fluffy white mycelium at its base.
