Asthenoptycha sphaltica and nearby species
There are a dozen or so Asthenoptycha species, named or unnamed. that have variable forewing patterns that are similar to A. sphaltica (although not all are necessarily present in the ACT). This page contains those species pending closer study.
There are also other Asthenoptycha species that are more readily able to be distinguished.
