This ‘species’ is for those sightings where the subject seems very likely to be a species of Hygrocybe– but where a photo alone is insufficient for confirmation of this.
The use of these zzz categories assures that (1) likely species of a genus are grouped together (making them easier to find) and (2) that they will appear at the end of the species list.
