Hemicordulia sp. (genus) (an emerald)
It can sometimes be very difficult to tell a Tau Emerald from an Australian Emerald, if the distinguishing features are not clear, either due to an unclear photo, or in teneral individuals where the patterns have not yet become clearly defined and delineated.
