Laeviscolia frontalis (Two-spot hairy flower wasp)
Family Scoliidae. In addition to the two yellow spots on the abdomen, Laeviscolia frontalis also has a yellow line along vertex (head) in females & yellow on the lateral pronotum (sides of chest) in males.
