Yes @MichaelMulvaney is spot on - it is Eucalyptus neglecta. Well found @Jiggy . I went to the site to look for the buds as they are very characteristic in this species - the inner operculum is non-glaucous while the hypanthium is very glaucous - a big contrast. Plus sessile and crowded buds. The leaves also have distinctive veination and oil glands: dense veins, intramarginal vein well removed from leaf edge, oil glands numerous both island at at the end of veins.
