Blue Gums aren't on the list, but Yellow Box are, so maybe a new host tree or it has flown in from a nearby tree.

It does appear to be a good match for Syllitus recta - but this would be a large disjunction from the next nearest recorded location, a close up of the head and antennae may enable are more definitive identification
