Possibly a species of Russula (or perhaps Lactarius), on the assumption that the cap is smooth and that the surface roughness is caused only by clumps of soil grains on the cap surface. However, it would be worth knowing what the fresh cap, stem and gill colours are. Given the cracked cap and the wrinkled gills, I get the impression that what we see here is very much an artefact of drying.
