I do not know this plant at all. A photo of the whole plant (good practice to do routinely) and a note on the plant height would help. Has the photo been turned sideways?

This was me trying to get under the plant. They were upright, probably about 30cm high, with hanging 'flowers'. There was a whole colony of them I think but I don't remember clearly

I checked that location and found only Pimelea linifolia at the end of flowering.
