I am still not 100% sure this is not jaceoides. A closeup of the leaf bases showing whether they were sheathing (robusta) or not (jaceoides) would have helped.
On second thoughts the distinction between the leaf bases is a red herring. Plantnet mentions it in the key, but the more I think about it the less I understand what is meant. More to the point is the several flower heads close together at the top of a flower stem (robusta) vs usually only a single flower head per stem (jaceoides).
