The open flowers appear to be male. I have only ever seen Ricinocarpos (both species) with white flowers inside and out. However, Plantnet states that the petals are usually white, suggesting that colour like in this photo is possible.

Yes Betty just went back and checked not sure were that id came from before also added a couple more images which might help as well

The female flower clinched it. However, if you took the new photos on a later date than the original photo, they should go into ALBC as a separate linked sighting. That will give a timeline.
You can crosslink the two sightings. Just click on the stuff saying atlas-budawangcoast.naturemap.org at the top of the screen. This will bring up the URL for that sighting. Copy the URL. Then go into the other sighting and write something in the Comments box like “Later sighting of this plant at”, click on a blank spot, and click on Paste. Then do the same for the other sighting. I hope that explanation makes sense.
