Apart from the large extent of visible tibia, all other characteristics of this bird point towards Lesser Sand Plover for me; including rounded head on short neck (admittedly pulled into the body), 'normal' sized eye for head size, short bill despite oblique angle perspective, even colouration on dorsal feathering - more balanced looking bird overall.
