I feel confident that the images 4 and 5 are Ganoderma most probably australe. I'm not familiar with the juvenile form so feel it safer not to make a confirmation on it. I think you have mentioned in another identification comment that the specimen's white pores marked dark brown and that there were abundant mid brown spores below or around it. All of which confirms Ganoderma
