Unfortunately this specimen is a little old to be able to give a confident identification, sorry. It looks like it might have been a Phylloporus species. However it will be best if only taken to Agaric - gilled fungus to be on the safe side!!

Interesting - now I know that age (of the specimen) makes a difference in ID-ing.
