I've suggested Descolea recedens due to those distinctive scales on the cap (pileus), general overall colours and that large ring (annulus). It's unfortunate the top of the annulus can't be seen as with this species it's distinctively striate. If you agree with this id Teresa it will be a new species.

Thanks Pam, I had an incling and had it marked in our reference book as an Descolea recedens, but being a novice at this game, I played safe and called it an Inocybe sp as it was the only other I could find close.
When image of gills etc is enlarged to 100% one can see striations on top of the annulus, in just a small section.
