Large unidentified bird of prey flying parallel to the beach at Berry Beach, just beyond the end of Beach Road

Thank you. I had guessed that it was a white-bellied sea eagle, but I wondered about the fact that the white belly wasn't complete. The comment that it was a juvenile resolves this problem.
