Because of the bright green relatively hairless stems I do not think this is Leucochrysum albicans subsp. tricolor, which has grey woolly stems.

Afraid not. Ammobium alatum stems are woolly grey, and winged. Ala in alatum means wing.

I think you missed the 'not' in my comment. Ammobium alatum is an invasive in the ACT that we don't want. Images of Rhodanthe anthemoides on CNM show a lot of variation so I can't be sure what this is.
