This is a Rufous Songlark. It has an unstreaked chest (streaked in pipit). It also has a rufous rump if you blow up the image. Good sighting.

I had looked at that, but being rarely reported around here I went for the common bird!
I can now see the rufous rump.
Unexpected!
I will check my photos for a clear view of the rump.
