User's notes

Green 'bug-type' body, with prominent black 'horns' on head, black spots laterally along body edges, black eyes and orange antennae. Yellowish protruding mouth parts. Body length about 1.8 cm, body width about 1 cm. Insect was on a lemon tree leaf and stalk. Also seen on the lemon fruit itself.
