Definitely an Amanita though can't be sure of the species sorry. Need more details of the stem (stipe) which I know can be a bit tricky to photograph. These are mycorrhizal fungi so they will be working in association with the roots of nearby plants/trees with both organisms benefiting. It is interesting if you can to note the nearby tree species. Nice looking fungus with an amazing ring (annulus).
