User's notes
Large white fungi with flat cap and white large gills fully exposed. Cap was approximately 8-10 cms across and stood approx. 10 cms high.

I was of two mind with this specimen as it had characteristics of a Russula, though the time of the year, its height and the texture of the cap surface have had me leaning towards an Amanita sp. which I've suggested.
