Would love to confirm the identity if this little plant is a common everlasting daisy. Found in a conservation area, Niagara Lane.

Yep, correct. There used to be the taller species Chyso. semipapposum near the start of your driveway too, but it might have been a casualty of the millenium drought. Looks similar but with a bushier habitat up to about 40cm high.
