User's notes

This pair of Kingfishers includes the individual posted last week by Steph. Though it is not breeding season the presence of the pair at the same spot as last week, the large amount of droppings, and what appears to be a nesting burrow (perhaps from last year?) all suggest this will be a breeding pair when the season arrives. The second photo shows one of the birds; prey was taken in one of the dives, probably a small fish.
