Am unable to identify this one so will just have to leave it at Agarics - gilled fungi, sorry!

This photo was fairly sharp so don't be so hard on yourself! You have also captured the cap surface, gills and their colour as well as good amount of characteristics on the stem (stipe). There are some very distinctive characters with this fungus; the cap is hygrophanous, that is it has a water-saoked appearance when wet, and noticeably changing colour on drying, the obvious pale centre to the cap; the stipe looks to have a definite narrowing towards the cap above the ring (annulus); it has an annuls; the stipe appears to be slightly textured. So you have an interesting fungus here. Which are all things that help with identification. The problem in this case is that I'm not sure about the identification so have decided to play it safe.....
