I suggest from the botanical descriptions' and keys' diagnostic features, especially visible here the branchlets' hairs form and colours :
*Commersonia rossii* .
In secondary support are the leaves' shapes here,
yet they do not have diagnostic meaning per se, as trees of this species have enormously variable leaves;

and from my 'half'* knowledge of *Androcalva fraseri* having not as enormously variable leaves
(*half knowledge as i don't know *Androcalva fraseri* throughout its distribution range, eg. into northern NSW).

As i have first hand field experiences with *Androcalva rossii* through its, far eastern Vic. distribution and south-eastern NSW distribution.

As disussed for anither sighting recently, this seems to be in an overlap zone, not easy, especially with a photo, to differentiate the two.

Yeah.
I have copied into each of the species pages for these two spp. the botanical descriptions' and keys' diagnostic features information directly quoted from the source.
Which emphasises especially the differences between these two spp. of the branchlets' hairs' forms, colours and lengths.
