User's notes

Knew the call but couldn't quite put my finger on it, until the pair of birds flew in closer. The male was constantly displaying and singing, and the female very interested and close by. Might be my first time sighting this species in my local area. Will have to check. Birded between rain bands.

I talked to Luke about this one. Very dark glossy plumage indicates satin.
