I know very little about orchids, but this is definitely different from the adjacent Small Tongue Orchids.
No leaves at all and about half the height.

Unfortunately I can not see the flowers very well, but it looks like. C. leptochila. There are no records of C. hunteriana anywhere near Mittagong, although that does not mean much., it is more a near coastal species. There are however,, various records of the former in the highlands.
