The moths of Iphierga do all seem to have a hairy orange hat in BOLD at

I think the wing pattern looks similar to Iphierga melichrysa ie. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?taxon_id=1352354
based on the images shown here on iNaturalist and on BOLD, see here

If confirmed, this would be a new species for CNM with only a few other observations observable online, not including the ACT.

Butterfly House currently only has webpages for Iphierga chrysopa and
Iphierga macarista. The wing patterns of these do not match this specimen, but the wing patterns of Iphierga melichrysa on BOLD appear to be a good match.
