The doves seem to have taken up residence in this reserve. I have seen a small group in this same location every time I walk through the reserve in the last few weeks. Only one observed in this instance

There are lots breeding in Wodonga since the council put large boulders / chunks of cement in under the bridges to sure them up during flooding. The doves nest on them unchallenged.

Interesting @Kyliegw, they are certainly good urban adapters. I was a bit sad to see them move into the reserve.

The photo isn't that bad - you can tell what the bird is! Better than some I get where its just a blur or the tip of the tail because it flocked off mid photo!

They are not my favourite bird and I don't like seeing them either. Good tucker for raptors though!
