Chiloglottis formicifera have callus in a prominent display right to the labellum tip which I can not see in this specimen or photo. Do you have a photo showing the labellum more clearly or do you remember if the tip of the labellum was clear?

Agree with Derek its a little hard from this angle, but it does look good for formicifera to me.
