These are not dark enough to be Perga dorsalis. There are a number of different species of sawfly in the family often difficult to identify at the larval stage

Black Perginae larvae could be many different genus/species. In lieu of a comprehensive study or guide to the larvae of the nearly 60 species in subfamily Perginae; subfamily level identification is the only valid option.
