Nice find! Pretty sure this is Caladenia montana, but there are apparently a few similar species that differ by the length of the clubs on the sepals. Tobias might be able to provide some more input.
A little atypical (labellum not projecting as platform) but I've checked with Bill Kosky and he agrees Caladenia montana. 6 rows of labellum calli and teeth extending more toward base of labellum suggest montana here
