Hmm this seems to match Thely alpina (or megcalyptra) better than anything else - I'm looking at the fleshy ribbed leaf, ?spurs column apex and somewhat narrow labellum.

Very interesting. Neither is previously recorded on Majura. This single plant on its own does stand out from all others in the area. I must confess I find the Thelymitra very difficult to distinguish as noted re your earlier comment.

I agree it’s part of that megcalyptra group, but I wouldn’t be comfortable being any more decisive than that. I will look at my resources later and see if I can narrow it down further.

I'm thinking T megcalyptra here. Going off Backhouse's Bush Gems PDF, he suggests post anther lobe flatter and pointed in alpina which also apparently has a longer leaf.
