I would suggest the clear notch in the labellum apex makes this M. unifolia.

That would exclude M.parviflora yeah, but not M.rara. Spaced flowers, wet-land habitat, and labellum shape point away from M.unifolia

I would agree with the spacing, but I think both the way the labellum is held against the ovary and it also found in wet areas, it is more like M. oblonga. Is that worth considering as they appear very similar with how the labellum is held against the ovary the possible main difference besides M. rara being almost only coastal?

Actually yeah that’ll be spot on I reckon. should’ve definitely considered oblonga, guess I’ve always thought of it as a high country plant.

From what I can find you’re correct with that labellum detail as well, will have to keep that one in mind!
