By the 2 fused mounds at the base of labellum and the apical raised callus I suggest this is M. oblonga but could also be M. rara.

On considering the labellum not being appressed on any flowers against the ovary, as would be the case if it was M. oblonga, I agree that this is M. rara as suggested and am happy to confirm that.
