It's hard for me to separate between O. sabina and O. serapia looking at this photo. If you get an ID from those with more experience on iNaturalist or on the facebook Australian Odonata group, I'm happy to go with that.

Looks good for O.serapia ,,, abdominal markings are a little more complex than O.sabina
