Thanks all. There really isn't enough detail in the image to see the leaves properly. A contender may be Acacia varia but I'm not too sure with the detail in the image.

Fairly sure this is not an Acacia but is instead an Acacia mimic! The stems are much to rigid for anything in fabaceae
