User's notes
The first time I've seen one of these insects so unsure what it is. Placed it under 'Other Insects' for now to get the sighting on the record. It has characteristic eyes and jaws which should help with identification. It flew away quite fast once disturbed. Thanks to Barbara for help with the sighting which was not far from a creek.
