Looks like Eucalyptus sieberi to me. I am pretty sure E. dives does not occur in that area.

Not convinced about E.paniculata, especially growing on sandstone on that track.

Its in relatively wet and tall forest, alongside bloodwoods, turpentine and blackbutt. I think that habitat is ok.
