Found in post clear fell logging regrowth (approx 10/15yrs regrowth) in Tuckers Knob State Forest. Some signs of myrtle rust, yellow fungal markings as per photo. Young sapling approx 3m tall.
It sems photos have been cropped during upload unfortunately so some diagnostic features at leaf base chopped out.
