I was wondering if it might be Tagetes minuta? The way the leaflets taper off on Tanacetum vulgare seems different. There are sightings of T. minuta on Mount Painter which isn’t really that far away.

I'm kinda tending more towards Tagetes myself, the leaf shape looks wrong for Tanacetum as Steve suggested
