I think many insects besides moths lay eggs in a row like this. I hope you can keep them in protective custody till they hatch and you can see which order they are from. Meanwhile : what plant are the eggs on? Many female insects are fussy and like to lay their eggs on a suitable plant for her larvae to feed on. Identifying the plant can help with identifying the insect species.
The ring of small markings around what will be the opening is characteristic of the eggs of Pentatomidae, and is not found in Lepidoptera or Orthoptera (who also lay eggs like this in a row). The introduced green shield bug has eggs like these that glow in UV light.
