Of the 26 species of Epicephala illustrated on BOLD : 18 appear to have multiple brown carets on off-white wings, just as this sighting has.

I have added an extra enlargement that shows the head, with what look like eye caps, a bit more clearly. Although the markings are quite different, this moth was very similar to the one in sighting 4562585 in size, shape and posture.
