Found in suburban garden at Moncrieff. Slow moving and did not attempt to fly. Assumed to be Blue Skimmer dragonfly (Orthetrum caledonicum) ?

Go in via edit on the top right. From my experience, the reasons it tends to drop photos have been if any are more than 10 MB in size, if that helps in your case.
