I see a possible relationship with E. acontotypa, but none of the other 36 Erechthias species in BOLD look close.

'Erechthias zebrina group' is possible name. This crops up on iNat flowing to ALA. ALA & AFD accept this group name. I can't find any museum specimen photos however.
