I feel like this might be Nomia (Paulynomia) swainsoniae looking at PADIL - https://www.padil.gov.au/pollinators/pest/138543

More likely to be N. aurantifer, Alison, with those bright orange bands, despite the small amount of colour on T1. Great picture.
