This is the very first flatworm sighting for South West Western Australia.

The specimen exhibits the typical eye pattern of Fletchamia. It also appears to have a faint indication of a median dark stripe anteriorly, hence identifying it as a Fletchamia sp. rather than Fletchamia sp. cf sugdeni.
